The Dyson Foundation has joined the prevailing trend being followed by many philanthropic institutions by accepting all grant submissions via our online Grants Portal. Increasingly, both government and private grantmakers are moving toward online grants management, giving the applicant more control and streamlining the process for both nonprofit and grantmaker.
The Dyson Foundation Grants Portal, for both new applicants and current grantees, provides an interactive and more efficient means of applying to the Foundation for funding. The online application system helps everyone involved in the grantmaking process. It shortens the Dyson Foundation’s response time to both Letters of Inquiry and full proposals, and it allows applicants to do a variety of things via a secure online account, such as emailing application drafts to colleagues, uploading electronic versions of attachments, and checking on the status of applications.
