• You are applying for a Management Assistance Program mini-grant or for the Preliminary Exploration phase of our Strategic Restructuring Initiative.  Instead, use the Management Assistance Program Application.

Instructions
Complete each section of this application form and include the requested documents listed under Section III of the application form.  We recognize that nonprofit organizations are different and may not always be able to provide all of the requested items.  In such cases, please explain what sections or items you do not have available and why.

If you wish, you may submit the New York/New Jersey Area Common Application Form or the Dutchess County Common Grant Application in lieu of our application.  However, if you use the Dutchess County form, please be sure to read Instructions for Submitting the Dutchess County Common Grant Application to the Dyson Foundation before preparing this application. 

The Dyson Foundation encourages applicants, where possible, to utilize reasonable means of conserving natural resources in the production of grant applications.  This may include measures such as: printing on recycled paper, eliminating unnecessary pages, using double-sided printing, emailing documents instead of mailing them, using regular postal mail instead of express services, and not using binders or other packaging.
