Jennifer Drake
Grants Program Coordinator
Jen has responsibility for activities that contribute to and support the Dyson Foundation’s grantmaking programs. Jen reviews grant inquiries, proposals, and correspondence and participates in program monitoring. Jen also works closely with the Director of Finance & Accounting and the Information Technology Manager to ensure the integrity of our grantmaking database.
Theresa Gill
Administrative Manager
As Administrative Manager, Theresa is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Dyson Foundation’s administrative functions. Her responsibilities include general administrative support, purchasing, facilities management, personnel related issues, website maintenance, and various grants-related initiatives and technical support issues.

Diana M. Gurieva
Executive Vice President
As the Foundation’s chief staff officer, Diana helps to guide the grant programs, works with the Board of Directors, and represents the Foundation in the community and with other philanthropic organizations.

As staff assistant, Angela provides general administrative support to the entire staff, and assists with special projects as needed.
Tim O'Leary
Information Technology Manager
Tim maintains the Foundation’s Windows network and related software/hardware, provides staff support for technology-related needs, and keeps the office abreast of new technology.
Cindy Stewart
General Accountant
Cindy verifies, allocates and posts the financial transactions of the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, and assists the Director of Finance & Accounting, as needed, in the execution of all other accounting duties and grants database administration.
Michell Speight
Director of Programs
Michell is responsible for managing the Mid-Hudson Valley Grantmaking Program. This includes providing oversight to program staff and making funding recommendations to the Dyson Foundation's Board of Directors. In addition, Michell works on many of the Foundation's Legacy & Family Interest Program grants related to reproductive health and public policy.
Cecilia R. Stancell
Program Officer
As a program officer working primarily in the Foundation's Mid-Hudson Valley Program, Cecilia is responsible for the full range of the grantmaking process including proposal review, site visits, and program monitoring. Cecilia also works with other program staff and the Executive Vice President on many of the Foundation's special initiatives.
Vivian E. Walsh
Director of Finance & Accounting
Vivian is responsible for the execution of all accounting duties. Portfolio investment tracking and monitoring cash flows are important parts of her job. In collaboration with department managers, Vivian prepares individual expense budgets and compiles and monitors the Program and Administrative Expense Budgets. She also serves as administrator of the Foundation's grants management database.
Jeannine Caruso
Director of Investments
Jeannine manages the Foundation's investment portfolio.
